It's been a year, but I'm still questing. Recently I joined this website called socialculinaire.com (basically Facebook for chefs). In the process of signing up you were required to out a check by a profession - seeing as nothing really suited me, I opted for critic. Sure I'm a critic, aren't we all? Just not in the professional sense. BUT, I do have the same kind of passion for food that many of my friends have for college football, and here I can blab about all the details of a dish that the average diner would never notice, much less understand.
If you haven't figured it out yet, I love food - I mean, who doesn't, but I love the power that food has to bring people together. So here I'll gladly share my new restaurant finds, experiences and culinary experiments- both good and bad. So bring it on world, the critic is waiting.
