What gets your heart pumping and makes your body feel good?
Hot yoga has become my go-to favorite workout. You sweat, you get your heart rate up and it's so good for you, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. I just wish I was a morning person and could squeeze in a few extra classes each week. If you're interested and in Dallas, I highly recommend Sunstone Yoga. They're great and perfect for me since they have a location in Uptown!
Eating well is a great start to living a healthier and happier life, but exercising is a must as well. I think the trick is finding something that you enjoy doing, otherwise you won't do it. I hate to run, but I need some cardio workout! I love playing tennis and it gets me running around without even realizing it.
